The portion size has gone down which I understand with price of food at the grocery. To not be offered any soy or duck for my food. Rude not even a thank. Just disappointed been a customer for years.

This place is on my ban list, they gave me and my family food poisoning from their pork. I've reported them to the FDA and are on watch for more reports. Do not eat here. However in white oak there is a better kept, cleaner Chinese restaurant.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Food arrived late, and cold, and partially missing. I called and tried to get them to rectify the problem and the woman who answered the phone called me a liar. Will NEVER order again!

We used to love the food here - live nearby and ordered all of the time! I’m not sure if they have changed owners or cooking staff or what but the last several times our food has not been good. The sweet and sour sauce is pretty much just orange water and the barbecue spareribs are also virtually sauceless. The rest of the food has also been pretty blah. Very disappointing.

Yummy I prefer vegetable fried rice but was pretty good first time delivery I usually pick up was quick he said 20 mins it was here I was super hungry too

This is doubtless one of the most pleasant restaurants in the region. Whenever I go there I am exceedingly happy. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of meals they give. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

I love there food only now with the things are going on I don't like they are talking good measure to protect there self and there customer no hand sanitizer or any cleaning you get your food true a cardboard box that is not very easy to clean and pay true a plastic slap not very clean and protect from spreading the virus but I pick up my food and used my own hand sanitizer To keep it safe but again the food is great

Delivery drivers are fast and friendly. I always get awesome food from here, they really are one of the best in town. I have yet to have any issues at all. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you.

Food was delicious, as always except, when did the won ton soup base change from chicken to beef? I prefer chicken. Food is good as always.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I love how the service is always fantastic and they keep the place clean at all times. Prices are reasonable and they serve big portions.

The only Chinese place I order from. I'm one that likes my meat cooked a certain way and they cook theirs just right. I have favorites but I also try other things every now and again and I'm never disappointed.

My mother is disabled and I ordered her food for delivery. She was confused when the delivery driver handed her a bill to sign. He didnt explain to her that it was paid for. So she wrote total as $25 dollars AND handed him 25 dollars!!!! Unknowingly giving him a 30 tip.... and he let it happen. Unbelievable, clearly she was confused and mistaken. Its shameful to take advantage of someone who is handicapped. Shame on you. My mom saved that 25 for a week and had ZERO money again until her disability check came in the mail to buy necessities like toilet paper and FOOD. Cancelled my order and they said they won’t deliver to me again and hung up the phone. That’s why I’m going to Popeyes

I visit once in awhile for steamed broccoli and fried rice with brown sauce on side bc they put too much sauce on dish. Not a fan of other dishes bc too saucy.

I just called to place an order. They told me they can't do it. They are too busy?????? Its an item on the menu. They said they can't make it. WHY have an item on YOUR menu that you cant make anytime. I am so irritated

We had an excellent in this place. We enjoyed the nice vibes and the meals. The staff were very friendly. I am glad we ultimately decided to try this restaurant.

The place has been open for 20+ years, and there's a reason. We moved from the area in 2002, and it's still our favorite Chinese restaurant.

Cheaper than Panda Express, and they usually have plenty of food.

Just moved to Cheviot and it's our first time trying this particular restaurant. They took less time than for delivery than quoted and our food was warm and very delicious. It's a keeper!

Been going here for years. Few times we have asked for delivery as my moms disabled, they say they cant, it does say delivery. We have times when ordered veggie fried rice, veggies are hard like eating wax. Last time signed up for rewards when I went to use them lady told me they cant to hold for next time lol, Ok. Gave my order to man on phone who repeated everything I ordered . When got there she messed up the rice order, really RICE.. I asked why they charged higher price on a combo meal tall man argued not here, said was another Dragon city lol. Couldnt exchange an egg roll for rangoon like they have in past, when there she said we do. We will be going to a different Chinese place from this time on. We have gone to them alot for years only to be treated rudely and I will never be ripped off by them again.

Just had food from here for the first time last night. Everything my boyfriend and I ordered was good. I got the Szechuan chicken with the medium spicy level and it was delicious, just spicy enough without being overpowering. The chicken and veggies were cooked perfectly. We got a lot of food for the money - they even threw in a free egg roll! Only taking a star off because the egg drop soup was on the thick side and their website is a little confusing when ordering the combination plates. Looking forward to trying more dishes from here in the future, especially since i just moved to the west side!!

The food was hot and tasty. I've been there many times and made the mistake of trying a different one. That won't happen again.

Not far from my house, and they except my card, whereas some places don't. Food was ok, but could have been just a little more flavorful, and meats cooked just a little longer. Meat was done, just had the texture of boiled meat.

We came to this place for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were very polite and we had a great feeling. The meal was great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Recommended.

Staff was friendly. Order was accurate. Restaurant appeared clean. Restaurant is setup in a way that you can see your food prepared while you wait. Food prices seem comparable for the area. THEY ALSO OFFER FREE DELIVERY.
